My thoughts about this movie. I was so looking forward to seeing a movie that is set in a village atmosphere and came out disappointed. 1. Photography: Godavari area was shown beautifully. I am bit disappointed with how they showed rain fall (there is plenty of it). You can clearly see rain being sprayed on. 2. Comedy: It is very crude and quite annoying sometimes and not suitable to watch with younger kids. Failing marks. 3. Acting: Nithin's (hero) acting paled in comparing with other two (Rajkumar and Ankith). Nayan Sarika (heroin)'s action is good - she gave her best - as much as the role allowed. 4. Story: Director failed to pull audience into the love story between the hero and heroine. It feels so superficial. There is a message at the end of the movie, but it too looked very cinematic and doesn't really evoke any emotion.
This movie was very fresh and refreshing and took us to a nice village backdrop. The visuals and cinematography were good for such a low budget movie. Performances could have been better but they were good enough. The storyline is the lighthearted comedy we have always needed for a long time and this should be enough to have people watch it. Compared to the usual mass masala movies which come out this is a nice change of pace and was a fun entertaining watch with good music visuals and a decent story. This movie is definitely worth a watch and deserves appraise especially in a time when mass masala movies are dominating the box office.
It has great direction excellence, cinematography, ultimate lighting, super editing, complete thread, and a full-fledged movie a lot lot lot better than Movies like Mr. Bachchan or any other commercial movies. I agree this movie is a little slow, but that direction that the story play that's screenwriting is excellent in in all the area. In fact with many new scenes, I felt energized. I felt life felt exhuberated. This is one of the finest teams to produce a great movie, I couldnt hold my seat to imagine what the next plot is after intermission. This is a must watch movie with entire family. LOVEed IT. TEAM NAILED IT.
