Seven years after it's predecessor, Fumina Hoshino is the host of the Gunpla club in her high school, and, unfortunately, she is the only member and in danger of it being shut down. When a transfer student, Kamiki Sekai asks for the "fighting club", she takes him to the Gunpla club instead, he originally declines, but eventually they start fighting battles with their Gunpla, and from there on they start reaching for the top together.

Gundam Build Fighters Try is from the mastermind behind Gundam 00 and of course the first GBF series, who is now working on My Hero Academia. This equals to cool characters and powerful moments but even more powerful battles! GBFT takes place 7 years later so some of the main characters of the first "season" do cameos and not only. My favorite cameo would be that of the "Master" in the end. You will understand if you have watched the series that started the whole Gundam tournament idea, that I personally love. Don't get me wrong, I equally love the emotional impact of the traditional anti-war drama Gundam series, but sometimes you need a break. And Gundam Build Fighters are both worthy descendants of Gundam G, that deliver.
