So not a great movie but couldn't stop watching this crazy train wreck. Also running a search on your computer about getting rid of a body after killing someone no way that's gonna be incriminating. Also you can't just stop drinking alcohol like that if you are an alcoholic and still be totally fine. Woah and full on crazy girl on the end.
I found Nicole while browsing through some new releases on Amazon. The poster is striking and caught my attention, so I watched the trailer. The trailer actually gave me chills, so I dove right in. Nicole is an indie suspense/horror film about "a first date gone wrong." The movie is a bit of a slow-burn, in a good way, and has an arthouse vibe to it. There's actually some beautiful black and white cinematography in it too, which reminded me a bit of old films noir. I don't want to spoil too much about where the film goes, but I definitely found Nicole to be worthwhile entertainment.
This film has a little of everything, creative directing and camera lighting work - with some color and black and white, don't see that too often. The tone is a mix of horror, humor, and intensity depicting the raw human emotions. The acting is well done, as well as directing. I like the risks the filmmakers too, it paid off for me, a fresh different genre film rather than the typical slasher that relies so much on red colors and bloody scenes to keep horror fans interest.
Good movie that captures the horror genre in a modern and effective way. Great acting and a plot that keeps you guessing with enough twists. Good production value for an indie and worth a watch.
This movie sucks! B rated, terrible acting and dumb!!!!
This is quite possibly THE most HORRIBLE movie I've ever seen in my life. The acting is absolutely atrocious, it almost seems like they paid the actors to do a terrible job, that's how bad it was. I can't even find enough words to describe how miserable I was watching such a horrible display of acting skills (or the lack thereof). Complete waste of 90 minutes of your life that you can never get back
Ever wonder how terrible movies like this get made? Or how much of a tax break the producers got for this? Or if anyone even read the script before saying, yeah this might be good as toilet paper? Well if you did, this movie is for you. I'm wondering how anyone not attached to it gave it a ten.
This film is a neat piece of work. I like how it slowly builds up the tension until you find yourself literally sitting at the edge of your seat. The performances are very commendable and are really what drives this film. Use of colors is unique and adds to the quality of the film.
