I get it, we want to support our people but we gotta be real and call a spade a spade. This show was WEEEEAK. It felt too forced. Like teens at a school assembly making jokes before the teachers gained control. The most I did was giggle but not LOL like with the podcast/show . Hopefully there's a better "edit" coming to the 85 app for their fans since some of the comments online is "they edited out a lot of the good stuff to please Netflix". And to that claim I'm calling BS because either way you slice it the band was the best part, the raps were ok, but the jokes were old and the show had no organization. Some parts felt too long and just cringe over all considering I've seen all 3 of the guys do better on wild n out. Congrats to them for getting the Netflix bag and reaching a new audience but don't expect too much going into it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 85 South Show Netflix special. Those guys really did their thing. They were quick on their feet interacted with the audience and had everyone laughing. Just wish it was longer. The guys were their usual selves bantering back and forth. I especially like the part about DC having a grand brother. For the show to be unscripted is amazing. I did need more of them interacting with the audience. They are totally independent and to think they have come this far. We are looking at the next generation Kings Of Comedy. I also had hoped they would do some individual stand up. Overall the show was a success for me.
