Is she adopted? Why they still have coats on? This is stupid, regardless threatened, I would call 911. Sometimes these B movies acting very terrible. Its like rehearsed too much or little.
I'm gonna take the risk and say this was probably THE MOST terrible movie I've ever seen. It was nearly unconfortable to watch, like I was cheating on someone by watching to one of their secret and embarassing old school project behind their back.
This is a cute holiday movie to watch with older pre-tweens or above. While the plot is kind of mish-mash, the film is not bad. You can tell it is low budget but filmed very well. The acting is not bad considering your not dealing with A-list talent here. My only critisism is it does not flow very smoothy. It like has a good scene going then quickly slows down jumping to another scene. Your left going, "Thats it?" For it's few faults, this is another holiday film to add to your collection along with "Home Alone", "Bad Santa", and "Christmas Vacation". Funny in spots, the cast jells well together, and Savannah, GA. Looks pretty doubling for a New England city.
The acting is pretty horrible, things they say don't make much sense sometimes either. I thought it was entertaining because it was so cringe, but I wouldn't recommend. Unless you want to laugh at bad acting lol.
I honestly feel bad leaving such a bad review for this just because the actors ARE human... but truth be told, this is a really, REALLY bad movie. The acting was horrible, the pace was bad, the direction obviously worse, the camerawork was bad, the script was bad, even how the dude dies was just... my goodness.... just don't do it - unless you deserve this kind of coal this holiday season!
