A look at the Strongman Class here at Tiger Muay Thai 🏋️ Taking place on Saturdays at 10:30am, our Strongman classes alternate between Strength and Endurance workouts each week. Strongman Strength is a workout where we push strength to the limits, through a combination of functional movement patterns such as pushing, pulling, pressing, carrying, and static holds, utlizing heavy objects/gym equipment. Strongman Endurance is a workout where we test physical limits and improve cardiovascular performance. It’s a combination of cardio-based movements using body weight, machines, and other gym equipment/accessories, with the goal to increase endurance capabilities.
