New standard for Netflix series. Gives a nice progression of time and fits the style of filming of that time period. Funny fast and entertaining. Bill Skarsgard shows all his acting skills. Must see.
I am so disappointed at the series.... the focus to get my interest is totally wrong. It's pretty much just sex and Clark being an asshole, very boring 😅
I wanted to like this but it really doesn't work. All the actors are great though, so if you can somehow get beyond the bad script and mediocre cinematography you'll like it. It has elements of Inventing Anna, but with added toxic masculinity in to it. You also don't like the main character in Clark at all which is what I think makes inventing Anna a bit more more successful in its writing. Since the the main character is the narrator you aren't guessing on how he is thinking. He just says it right to you. And as with most Swedish movie humour it is very embarrassing to watch but not in The Office kind of way where that is the main goal.
