تدور أحداث القصة حول الملكة (ماري) ملكة سكوتز والقوة التي تتمتع بها، تصل الملكة ماري إلى فرنسا بعد خطبتها من الأمير (فرانسيس)، تصطحب معها أربعة من أفضل صديقاتها إلى فرنسا، تتعرض الملكة ماري للعديد من المضايقات والاتهامات في المحكمة الفرنسية، وعليها الصمود أمام كل تلك الاتهامات والمؤامرات ومنها مؤامرات جنسية.
