Mad Maxine: Frisky Road

This film seemed like it was filmed by 8 year olds. Using fast forward to make a car move faster and dropping pebbles by the camera to make it look like rocks falling from the sky. Amateur videographers AVOID! I couldn't even watch it all. I was laughing at how badly this was. It seems like after every questionable bit of filming they give you a bit of female nudity, as if that makes it ok. Is the comedic part of this film how badly it was filmed? I'm unsure. But I definitely laughed when somebody actually disappeared when she was hit! I suppose at least it gave me a few laughs. Barely worth watching this joke.

I like bad films, so I went in with low expectations, and this film still managed to disappoint to the point I was hate watching this to see how far I could get. As a test of will, it was that awful. So image a group of people, one who once was a film student, enjoyed the Mad Max series, and decided to make their own with a group of their mates. It is that amateur in ever respect you can think of. The script and writing is super awkward, made worse by the awful acting, and cinematography. The jokes don't land, because the acting is so stiff, and they're so sterotypical that it seems like an adult didn't write these. Like, "Oh women love to shop hahaha," I hated everything about this film, it actually makes the top 5 worst films I have ever seen.

This is something to treasure because with the advent of ChatGPT it is now impossible to write a screenplay this bad. Savour this ultimate tribute to the mediocrity of the human mind, we shan't see its like again. The plot apes the mad max movies with some soft * thrown in completely inexplicably and I mean totally without any reference to the plot or characters. It's almost like you leaned on the remote accidentally and switched channel. The cuts back to the main action are equally random and inexplicable. Just imagine the poor acting, pointless dialogue and comical exposition of a soft * movie, but without any actual *. Ok well, theres a bit of *, but it's all appetisers and no main course. A few bras removed and a variety of nipples exposed which is educational I suppose if nothing else. It makes you wonder what was going through the fevered minds that made this. The answer I suspect, is gloriously little.
