يعيش رودو في مدينة عائمة حيث يتخلص الأثرياء من البشر عبر تلفيق تهم القتل لهم، فيُتهم رودو بقتل والده ويُنفى، لكنه يظل طامحًا للعودة لمواجهة الوحوش والانتصار على الفاسدين.
