But Tom is not about to let the mouse evade him so easily. The Truce Hurts (1948): Tom, Jerry, and Spike sign a peace treaty. Kitty Foiled (1948): Tom subjects Jerry to his usual harassment; but the cat finds a new enemy, and the mouse finds a new friend, in the canary of the house.
