"Topnoi" Thanongsaklek 🇹🇭 and Javad Bigdeli 🇮🇷 spar together in the afternoon MMA session here at Tiger Muay Thai, which runs every Monday-Friday at 3pm. Formerly a top ranked Muay Thai fighter, Topnoi is now 7-3 in MMA fighting in big organizations such as RIZIN and UAE Warriors, and is coming off a big win over BJJ black belt Isaac Pimentel in September. Javad is a veteran Muay Thai fighter, who is now training hard in BJJ and wrestling as he looks to also make the switch to MMA competition. Our MMA classes are held every Monday-Friday at 3pm, and go over all the aspects of MMA: stand up striking, grappling, takedowns, groundwork and submissions.
