In this video I am reviewing a FiveM server called Texas Department Of Public Safety. This is a series I am putting together where I go into a random server and see how well of a roleplay session I have. Reviewing 4 key aspects. 1: Playability/Optimization of Server, 2: Roleplay Seriousness/Professionalism, 3: Moderation 4: Response Time to 911.
