But that is a risky place for Green to put her arm when her head is lower than her hips. 01:57 Red uses the figure 4 toplock to get to an armbar position. This is a move that is very powerful but depends on your and your opponent’s body types. The transition to the armbar was greatly helped by the fact that Green’s head was lower than her hip leaving her arms to dangle in Red’s guard. Nice work by Green getting out of that. Red did not use her leg that was over Green’s head effectively . You really have to dominate the head with your leg it makes defense of the armbar much harder. 02:53 Green just dives through that guard with that knee to secure top half. 03:01 Not messing around, Green Passes to mount.
