WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... So many of you asked, and to be honest, he was on my Celtic Warrior Workouts' wish-list too. Thankfully Daniel Bryan said Yes! Yes! Yes! and we hit the gym together in Budapest, Hungary while on a 2018 WWE European Tour. But be careful what you wish for folks, Danny Boy put me through my most difficult Brave Change workout to date and found probably every weakness in my gym game. The theme his custom workout was focused on Movement and assessing which body parts are balanced and working in conjunction correctly, sadly, we found-out none of my body parts are balanced nor working correctly. But before you judge, try some of Daniel's exercises. You may find-out there are holes in your gym game too.
