Coconut curry ingredients 800g chicken thighs(cut up) 1/2 teaspoon paprika or pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon bouillon cube(knorr chicken) 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons curry powder 2 tablespoons oil Handful chopped onion 4 Galic cloves(minced) ¼ cup of tomato paste ½ cup chopped tomatoes (2 tomatoes) ½ teaspoon each of curry, salt sand knorr chicken to adjust the flavor 1 ½ cup coconut milk 1 teaspoon hot pepper (cayenne) Optional: add water to loosen Garnish with cilantro if available #coconut #coconutcurry
