It’s a “Bar Room Brawl” with only one rule: no strikes above the shoulders. One grappler comes to grips with this quicker than the other and it’s all about ab abuse for her starting with some significant hip checks. Backed into a corner with nowhere to go her opponent receives more kicks and strikes to the midsection, only to be tied up in the ropes for more abuse. A “time out” is graciously granted but isn’t much good after falling for a pretty old trick leads to more ab abuse. But that embarrassment is somewhat motivating not to mention the shock value of a slap to the face that apparently is OK as it was open handed, leads to a big momentum swing. While ab abuse remains the theme now is on the mat leading to some downright nasty strikes including a precise elbow drop. But the elbow drop giveth and it taketh away making this anyone’s match er brawl. The slaps to the face even out but this one ends up far from even but who came out on top?
