Wrestling in Dagestan Was A MISTAKE - Episode 2

In Episode 2 I spend a full day inside a Dagestani training camp in Makhachkala (Russia) to show what the schedule and workload actually look like. We start the day with morning wrestling training focused on drills, pressure, and control. In the evening we move into MMA training, working striking, grappling, and cage situations. This is a normal training day for fighters here, and it shows how consistent and disciplined the environment is. This series is about understanding the training culture that shaped fighters like Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Makhachev.
