Thea Trinidad vs CJ O'Doyle

O’Doyle forces the match on the injured Thea and targets her back without mercy. The champ softens her up with a pair of over-the-knee Backbreaker drops and crossface holds before clamping on a deep-seated Camel Clutch to take the first fall. Thea tries to brawl her way back into the match, but a vicious eyegouge derails her offense and a brutal Bearhug leads to another devastating Camel Clutch submission. Down a pair of falls and badly wounded, Thea can barely defend herself as C.J. grinds her spine with an overhead Bow and Arrows and a torture rack Backbreaker. Her title shot ends with a desperate tap out on the receiving end of yet another Camel Clutch.
