The Next Undisputed WWE Champion... Last night’s episode of SmackDown was all about The Bloodline. The show kicked off with a massive segment with Roman Reigns, Jey, Jimmy and Solo. The segment was reportedly set to be 20 minutes long, but went over that time limit reaching nearly 40 minutes. And for good reason. That opening segment was cinema. I don’t like throwing that word around, but this was just great stuff. The Bloodline segment is seriously some of the best work WWE has been putting out in a very long time. Roman Reigns started talking about how he’s still The Tribal Chief despite getting pinned. Because while he did lose the match, he’s got the belt around his waist. Maybe even more importantly, he had the red samoan lei, which is for royalty. That makes him The Tribal Chief. Jey Uso then provided a promo package showing how destructive and manipulative Roman Reigns has been in the last three years. This was a great package that shows the true evil colors of Roman Reigns. Even though we had concrete evidence, Roman Reigns still decided to gaslight and manipulate saying he needed to be like that for the family’s sake.
