Here are the three recipes below: Hot Chocolate Level 1: Easy - Classic Hot Chocolate Ingredients: 480 ml (2 cups) whole milk (or milk of choice) 15 g (2 tablespoons) cocoa powder 25 g (2 tablespoons) sugar (adjust to taste) Mini marshmallows (for topping) Method: Warm the Milk: In a saucepan, warm the milk until it's steaming but not boiling. Whisk in Cocoa powder and sugar: Whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar until fully dissolved and smooth. Serve: Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. Top with Marshmallows: Add mini marshmallows on top and enjoy! ***** Hot Chocolate Level 2: Intermediate - Extra Chocolatey Hot Chocolate Ingredients: 480 ml (2 cups) whole milk 55 g (1/3 cup) chocolate of choice (around 55% cacao), finely chopped 12 g (1 tablespoon) sugar (optional, adjust to taste) 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) vanilla extract Fancy marshmallow (for topping) Method: Heat the Milk: In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
