Test World XI selection vote (ending August 2016)

The panel selects a World XI during lunch of Day 3 of the second Test between South Africa and New Zealand in August 2016. This team was selected before Virat Kohli's amazing exploits against England recently. The whole idea of this discussion is to get some debate going as any cricket lover believes they can choose a better team. As such, have a go.
