Rain vs Sexy Star

The Mexican-American War settled nothing as far as former partners Rain and Sexy Star are concerned as they start their own featuring great lucha style wrestling right in the ring. A multilingual opening exchange does little to ease the tension and both women go right into full Ruda mode, tossing each other back and forth across the ring with double fists full of hair (and mask). Rain takes control of the match early, staggering Sexy Star with some lethal legwork and well placed kicks and stomps, including a devastating running boot to the chest that puts Star down and nearly out. Just as Rain seems poised to dominate the action Sexy roars back, decimating the Radiant one with an all out assault that culminates with a Headscissors/rope choke combination that has Rain at her mercy. Rain fights back, turning the match into an exhausting back and forth battle until one of the former partners hits an implant DDT that gives her a well-earned 3 count.
