Take two of the best veteran grapplers out there, stick them in a best of 3 falls matchup, add a potentially biased referee, and sit back and enjoy as Santana squares off against Rain. Santana takes advantage early in the opening fall and locks on her patented bridging Rear Chinlock. But when Rain uses the arm of the referee for leverage to pull herself to the ropes, Santana knows she better keep a close eye on him. Nonetheless, Santana secures the first fall with a Superkick followed by her trademarked backflip splash off the ropes. The Ravishing One targets Santana’s arm during the second fall, keeping her on the mat with armbars and kneedrops to Santana’s injured limb. An armbar into a Crossface later, and Santana is tapping to even the count at 1-1. When the referee allows the third fall to begin with Santana still down on the mat, Rain attacks early, continuing her assault on Santana’s arm and adds belly claws on the mat and in the ropes to keep up the pressure. It’s not looking good for Santana. Does she have enough to turn the tables, or is Rain on her way to another victory?
