OSM Class #2: Max Fit and Muaythai Fitness with Janice every Tuesday

This week Janice goes over the Preliminary Max Fit Exercises and technique for both the Youth, Elite and Seniors. Students had some fun drilling the exercises in friendly competition and also get the chance to beat their own scores and strive for personal bests. Students also got the chance to go over the technique for the Quarter Final Max Fit Exercises and will begin next week's class with these exercises. Happy Training!
