Nina Monet vs Vanessa Kraven

Nina’s used to having both size and intimidation factors on her side but even she is dwarfed by the Mountain that is Vanessa. But while the youngster is prepared for a power based battle of juggernauts, Kraven has other ideas, namely targeting her arm. Just add ring psychology to the list of advantages for Vanessa. Kraven takes advantage of her significant height to add a little extra to her early armbars and locks. When Nina is able to counter she shows a little too much respect for her opponent allowing her to recover, a lesson she’ll have to learn the hard way. Vanessa goes right back to the arm, and taking Nina down the mat completely nullifying all that power. Well placed strikes and leverage based arm submissions have Nina scrambling for the ropes, but do you see a Ref, neither does Vanessa! Far from a rope break, Monet is more likely to suffer an arm break as Kraven uses the ropes to torture the stricken limb! Monet again manages to escape an impressive height assisted submission, but once again fails to press her advantage, apparently she’s a slow learner and Professor Kraven is about to educate her. Vanessa continues to invent new ways to torment Nina’s arm and soon only a few questions remain, when will Nina tap, will she earn Vanessa’s respect along the way, and will her arm function enough to do a simple hand shake when it’s all over?
