As many of you know, my Tai Otoshi is considered “unconventional” by some, but it is these differences that make my Tai Otoshi one of the most powerful, explosive and reliable methods of Tai Otoshi on the tatami today. This course is over three hours long and inside, I share with you my secrets on how to do this throw, how to develop this throw, how to truly understand the movement principles of this throw as well as how to scale and adapt it based on your own individual style. Throughout this course you will understand everything there is to know about Tai Otoshi, but not only that, the principles discussed in this course can be applied to almost every other technique in judo.
