https://www.myboxingcoach.com - For many years, performance-measuring technology has been used extensively across a host of sports. These sports include athletics, golf, tennis, soccer…the list goes on. Now boxing can be counted among those sports. A while ago I was sent a device called Everlast with PIQ to try out. The Everlast with PIQ measures punch speed, punch force and punch retraction time. In trying the device I put myself in the place of 3 different types of user: 1. The boxing coach or PT working with a beginner boxer 2. The boxing coach working with a competing/elite boxer or team of boxers 3. The person using boxing to keep fit. The review video I have put together is in 4 parts and lasts 30 minutes. The individual parts of the video are: 1. The Introduction to the system; package contents, usage etc. 2. A demonstration in action (starting at 09:53) 3. A walkthrough of the app (starting at 14:47) 4. A summary of my findings (starting at 19:50). My hope is that regardless of your background or role you can work out whether the investment in the Everlast with PIQ is a worthwhile one. I know that the video is quite long, but I wanted to try and cover every base for you. Cheers Fran
