Sharofiddin Boltaboev is an Uzbekistani male judoka, who competes in -81 kg weight category. He is a 2-time runner-up in Asian championships and a 5 place holder in the 2024 World Championships. Boltaboev might not be the most accomplished judoka, but he is one of the most fun to watch. He is an expert at the close-distance counterattacking style of Judo, blending Kurash (Uzbek folk wrestling) influence with classic Judo techniques.
