Perfect to do alone or as part of a bigger workout. So it can be done at the start to help warm the body further or at the end to finish of a good workout. Ten exercises for 30 seconds each but can be modified to be harder and a bigger cardio workout. For example increase each exercise for 1 minute and it will be a 10 minute non stop workout. Low-intensity steady-state (LISS) cardio exercise also referred to as Zone 2 training is good for people of all ages and fitness levels. It’s great beginners who are looking to get off the couch and get moving. Low intensity cardio has many health benefits. It can help lower the risk of high blood pressure, stroke, obesity, diabetes, and several types of cancer. It can also improve muscle strength, aerobic fitness, mental health, cognitive function, and sleep.
