Lexie Fyfe vs Malia Hosaka

In her long and illustrious career inside the squared circle, Malia has been involved in many a one-sided beatdown. But it’s not often that the veteran grappler is the one on the receiving end. But it’s not often that she faces an opponent of Lexie Fyfe’s caliber. After starting the match by trading Hammerlocks, escapes and reverses, Lexie delivers a shot to Malia’s throat, then chokes her against the ropes. Malia is never able to get back into the match and Lexie dominates with more throat thrusts, chokes, and slams into the top turnbuckle. Lexie almost gets the win with a Rear Chinlock, but Malia fights back, only to get a nerve pinch for her efforts. A slingshot into the bottom rope softens up Malia for Lexie’s patented Airplane Spin drop and an easy 3 count to end a surprisingly one-sided matchup.
