Layne Rosario vs Nina Monet

In this first-to-2-falls matchup, Layne and Nina make sure that referee Mike Reed has his hands full. Within seconds, Nina is mounting Layne and using her fingers to tear at Layne's face, just one of several tactics of questionable legality that both women employ. Layne isn't anyone's victim though and she fires up quickly, rocking Nina with strikes and scoring the first pinfall with a DDT! The pressure is on Nina to mount a comeback and she's more than up for it. Nina traps Layne in the corners, driving her head into the turnbuckles, choking her with her boot, and driving both of her knees into Layne's chest. She targets Layne's bare belly with hard punches and goes for the kill with a Surfboard stretch, only to have the tables turned on her. Still, Nina refuses to let Layne close this one out. She squashes her with a corner splash and then uses a Sleeperhold to KO Layne and even the score. Back-and-forth they go in pursuit of the winning fall, with Nina landing a low blow in the corner and a DDT out of it, then eating a tornado DDT herself when she tries to set Layne up on the top rope for a big move!
