But there's another form of Ladders on the workout world; it's the Ladder Method and involves going Up-and-Down the number of Reps in each Set when doing certain exercises. Confused? Well so was I when I worked out with Jinder Mahal & an injured Drew McIntyre. Starting with 10 Pull-Ups we went down the ladder and up the other side of the ladder starting with one Deadlift.
