Pummeling Drill: Start slowly to get the "rhythm" down, then start to increase intensity of shoulder hit (to mimick the "Pop" move needed to create space), even move around as you pummel (more advanced fighters) Triangle Drill: Same as Pummeling...start out slow..making sure you know the correct moves/counter moves...then slowly increase intensity with both your attacks and your counters to your opponent's attacks Underhook Game: You are simultaneously trying to GET unders on your opponent AS WELL AS DEFENDING from being under'ed by your opponent. Make sure to TOUCH THE SHOULDER of your opponent or the under hook doesnt "count"..it has to be a SOLID underhook to count. loser does 10 push ups Sumo Flow: Not 100% power..this is just to warm your body up for bouts. Try to work on attacks or defenses from the prior drills throughout the keiko beforehand.
