Tiger Muay Thai head MMA coach George Hickman teaches 2 takedowns that can be used to counter an opponent coming forward with punches, in the afternoon advanced/pro MMA training session. We hold MMA classes every Monday to Friday here at Tiger Muay Thai, with a beginner/intermediate session at 11:30am and an advanced/pro training session at 16:00pm.
