Eric Young Cardio Blast | Ep.80 Full Body Workout

WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... So. Just after I finished building my Brave Change home gym/garage gym, WWE Superstar Eric Young dropped by for a look and that look turned into a workout. And seeing as Eric Young is a card carrying world class maniac, that workout almost killed me. He calls it a Cardio Blast, but there's as much lifting weights as there is cardio. Basically for every 30 seconds of cardio you have to do 10 reps of weights and so on, and on, and on, and on... Even when at home kicking back i still gotta... Brave Change.
