Classic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Sequence Pass To Mount To Rear Strangle (RNC)

Iron Forged BJJ Tournament Blacksheer GA July 27 2024 While at a low level this is a classic sequence and something you will see in real fights and bjj comp a lot. First we have a good snapdown takedown, then guard pass. Top guy switches sides goes to mount , bottom guy then turns exposing his back for the rear strangle. It doesn't get any more textbook or as effective as this . Hey Guys I’ve got these videos from the Iron Forged Tournament. I don’t know anything about this tournament, and I haven’t watched many of the videos as I am getting so many now that it’s impossible for me to watch them all. Maybe you could help me out? I’ve been trying to add each video to a playlist to kinda have a database of matches where specific techniques are used in actual low to mid-level competition. My thought was this could be helpful to hobbyists who want to see what techniques are working at their level or maybe to help get over nerves before a comp.
