Vince Russo has also left the company, so this should be an interesting episode of Nitro that could possibly go back to the original format. Kidman takes on Psychosis in the opening match, Arn Anderson gets to explain (in kayfabe) what happened in the Souled Out main event, and DDP takes on Buff Bagwell in the main event. On the previous episode of Smackdown Mick Foley brought back Cactus Jack. Mankind might not be able to beat Triple H for the WWF Championship at the Royal Rumble, but Cactus Jack can. Foley opens up Raw with a promo to promote the Royal Rumble championship match this weekend, though he gets interrupted by Hunter.
