Brooke Savage vs Diane Von Hoffman

Despite the likelihood that Dianne has likely forgotten more about submission wrestling than Brooke has learned so far the youngster has agreed to a Submissions Only Match. It looks like this one could go downhill right away as Dianne transitions several quick holds isolating Carter’s arm before the latter knows what happened. Brooke shows her quickness with a counter and transitions of her own but its more taking what she’s given than a game plan and soon Dianne is back on her arm. The holds may have an old school basic feel but upon closer inspection elbows do not bend that way! Brooke again tries to keep it competitive but her Side Headlock with a wounded wing isn’t that hard to break and after some elbow hyper-extension Diane ups the ante with a Full Nelson. Brooke tries to answer but can’t even lock her hands and a somewhat insulted Von Hoffman takes it out on her arm. Just when it looks like the route might be on Brooke finally finds a hold that hurts Diane in a Surfboard only for her wounded arm to betray her. A Sleeper and a Surfboard thoroughly take the wind out of the youngster’s sails setting the stage for a legendary finisher from one of the greatest legends!
