Your legs come open an the other guy gets mount or takes your back depending on how much umph you put into that bridge. 01:16 Red does a pretty good job of untying Blue’s feet with his own feet here. You must develop this skill or you will be unable to escape mount if the guy crosses his feet. 02:35 The only way this is a good idea for Red is if he immediately throws his feet to the ground and bridges straight up using that arm he has under Blue’s leg as a shovel to throw blue over the top. What usually happens is you get tapped out by a triangle if you don’t shovel the guy off of you right away. 02:53 Nice switch off to the kimura for the win.
