Badai Mantera tells the story of a team of meteorologists led by Dzul Fakar on Pulau Tari to study the effects of typhoons that once hit the island. However, the people of the island believe in the greatness of Tok Siarap's shaman's knowledge which is able to 'move' typhoons to other places.
