Ayoka vs Raphael King

Ayoka and Raphael square off in a 10 minute Take 5 Matchup with a hold being applied for a count of 5 and if it does not garner a submission it will be broken followed by a 5 count rest bit. Its ladies first but Raphael isn’t keen on the idea of sitting idly by and letting her apply anything, but he abides and a top wrist lock is Ayoka’s first gambit though it fails to draw first blood. He counters with a high angle Boston Crab and a methodical 5 count later Ayoka is out of the hold and somewhat the worse for wear. Ayoka’s strategy become apparent as a Fujiwara Armbar again targets his arm but 2 can play at this game as Raphael straddles Ayoka’s arm and bends it in a most unnatural way. With her arm incapacitated Ayoka resorts to a trailer hitch variant and King is not amused answering by planting his boot behind Ayoka’s knee and hyper-extending it with a bit of showmanship. A Shinanomachi gets our off camera ref quite excited and takes a toll on King who’s lucky he only had to be in it for 5. His reply is a tight Dragon Sleeper that likewise comes so close to ending it. A nip up slows Raphael’s mojo just a bit but he thinks he’s got it back when a drop toehold forgets the drop part, quickly remedied by a nasty strike into a tight STF. Both wrestlers certainly bend, but neither breaks in the 10 minutes but has enough respect been earned for a sportsmanlike draw?
