Applying lessons from training (IMPORTANT)

We often go through the motions from training expecting to get better. It won't happen on its own. You've got to Think and apply the lessons to further training in order to get better. You'll take a small step back but in the end you'll leap forward. Listen to this and I'll explain how this works.
