Coaching in our Intermediate Level Muay Thai class, Kru Pruksaek teaches how to counter to an opponent's knee from the clinch by turning them, and then following with a strong knee of your own 💥 Our Muay Thai classes run every Monday-Saturday at 8am and 3pm, and time is allotted to specifically work on technique in every session.
