Kion, The Prince of the Pride Lands, is on the prowl and ready for some wild adventures in this bright and bold Disney Jr series, The Lion Guard! From the much-loved Disney’s ‘The Lion King’ comes the highly anticipated follow-up series which follows Kion, the youngest son of Simba and Nala. Kion may love exploring his exciting home pride lands with his best friend Bunga, but as the newly appointed leader of The Lion Guard, Kion knows he has a big responsibility to protect the circle of life. Journey through the African Savanna with Kion and the rest of the Lion Guard, Bunga the honey badger, Beshte the hippopotamus, Fuli the cheetah and Ono the egret as they fight off perils posed from a menacing hyena named Janja and his scavenging gang. But Kion has a special trick up his sleeve, when he is in trouble, Kion uses the ‘Roar of The Elders.’ When he roars all the ancient lion kings roar with him instilling fierce power in Kion and ensures help is just a roar away when he needs it most. ‘It is time…’ to join Kion and all his friends at Pride Rock as they show what true bravery and friendship is all abou
