Rising Ruby is a ROM Hack by famous hack maker Drayano. It increases the ammount of Pokemon that can be found and makes all battles significantly harder. It also makes some changes to some Pokemon types and learnsets. More info here: https://projectpokemon.org/home/forums/topic/38629-pok%C3%A9mon-rising-ruby-and-sinking-sapphire/ No Items ("Hardcore") Nuzlocke Rules: Only the first encounter on each route may be caught. A fainted Pokemon is dead and may no longer be used. No leveling past the next gym leader’s highest level Pokemon.
