Pork Butt { Shoulder} cut into bite size 1Tsp Soy sauce 2 Tbs Vegetable oil 1 1/2 Tsp Black pepper 1 Tsp Kosher salt 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped 1 Tsp Ginger, minced 5 Medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled bite size 1 Medium Brown onion, peeled and sliced thick 1 Medium Red bell pepper, deseeded. and julienned thick 2 Scallions, chopped for finishing and garnish 1/2 Lemon juiced
