You can count on just 1 or 2 hands the number of traditional martial artists who stepped up to test themselves. Parungao is undefeated in the UFC at 1-0. Though it is one fight, very few can make that statement. Before deciding to discontinue in his fighting career, Parungao also traveled to Russia and participated in the notorious 32-man Absolute tournament that was won by Renzo Gracie student Ricardo Morais.
