These Oreo Cheesecake Bars are easy to make, made with just a few ingredients and no oven. It’s incredibly delicious. it’s made with a cookie base, creamy cheesecake filling and topped with Oreos. The crust is crunchy and the filling is so smooth and rich. These makes a perfect dessert for any time of year! NO BAKE OREO CHEESECAKE BARS 5x7x2 inch rectangle container lined with parchment paper INGREDIENTS Oreo Crust: Crush Oreo (10 cookies) 1 ½ Tablespoon (21g) Melted Butter Filling: 200g Cream Cheese (room temperature) 3 Tablespoon (36g) Sugar ½ teaspoon (2g) Vanilla Extract 1 ¼ teaspoon (4g) Gelatin 1 ¼ Tablespoon (20g) Cold water 200g Cold Whipping Cream 5 Oreos chopped into quarters On Top: Crushed Oreos (3 cookies without the filling) Half Oreos Note: if it’s hard to find gelatin where you live, you can leave it out.
