In this video I demonstrate some technical sparring with my friend Lanny from Stride Conditioning. Notice how we are both under control, relaxed and are not using power behind any strikes. The goal of any sparring session is to improve and to work on your weaknesses. You should never be going hard in sparring unless you are preparing for a fight.
